The Z-type horizontal mixer model ZM is used for soft, laminated, and extruded biscuits, offering extreme versatility. The Z-arm allows for quick mixing and homogenization of liquid ingredients with powders, achieved through a single fusion of stainless steel without welding to ensure optimal mechanical resistance. The mixer operates at various speeds (30 and 60 rpm with a two-speed motor).
The mixer is available in different sizes ranging from 200 to 2000 liters capacity, offering various mixing methods: by time, by reaching temperature, or by reaching absorbed energy using the EMS (Energy Management System) software. Connections for automatic loading can be provided upon request and are customizable.
