The long moulder VIPAVA 3000/500 is designed to mould loaves from all types of wheat dough. Due to its robust construction, it is highly suitable for use in industrial bakeries, either as a standalone machine or as part of an automatic production line.
The VIPAVA 3000 differs from the VIPAVA 2400 due to its higher capacity.
