Tunnel cyclothermic ovens are universal ovens used for continuous baking of all types of bread and cakes that require baking temperatures up to 300°C.

Transport through the baking area can be executed by means of knitted steel mesh (TPN), granite plates (TPN_GP), or hinge blade (TPN_S). The heating medium used can be oil, gas, or a combination of both. These ovens can operate as independent units or within automated lines.

Key features include:

  • Extremely low energy consumption needed for baking.
  • Capability to bake all types of bread and pastries (freely baked, in pans, or on trays).
  • Large baking surfaces ranging from 25 to 165 m2, with the possibility of a single cupola extending up to 80 m2 of baking surface.
  • Adjustable baking time and temperature diagrams that are interconnected and adjustable. The minimum length of an individual temperature zone is 3 m.
  • Heat energy savings achieved through insulation materials, high-quality insulated return parts and windows, Waishaupt WM-G10 burners, and automatic regulation of traction in the baking zone.
  • Direct drive with planetary reduction gear for the oven drive.
  • Additional energy-saving features include automatic vapor flow control and the option to install recuperators for flue gases and vapor.
  • Electrical energy savings through optimized heating valves and a centrifugal fan for flue gases driven by a frequency converter, enhancing transmission efficiency and reducing maintenance needs while prolonging the oven’s lifetime.
  • Safety features include a vacuum heating system, safety flaps, and other safety mechanisms ensuring a high level of safety during oven operation.
  • Separate regulation of temperature up and down in the baking area.
  • Optional system for forced air circulation in the baking hearth to intensify heat transmission on the product, recommended particularly for bread baking in pans and on trays.
  • Optional STIR coating for infrared radiation capability.
  • Introduction of technological vapor into the baking area, regulated manually or automatically.
  • Customizable inlet and outlet adjustments according to other equipment or buyer’s requirements.
  • Compact height of only 2.5m, allowing for transport of the fully assembled oven.
