Our tote systems offer many levels of efficiency. Totes are suitable for smaller bakeries that wish to dose automatically but don’t have the need for outdoor silos, are limited to indoor space, use ingredients only available in totes (such as gluten-free ingredients), or need them for minor ingredient dosing. They allow for efficient dosing, minimal handling, and reduce waste from bags and the associated costs, as well as the heavy lifting and handling of bags.

They are available with or without electric winches for lifting into place, with stainless steel or epoxy-painted frameworks, and with multi-station positioning for multiple ingredients. They can be coupled with a vibratory fluidizing bed or mechanical auger conveying to the weigh hopper.
