The long moulder SORA is designed for three-shift work (24-hour operation). The machine features manual operation parameter settings using manual wheels (dough foil thickness, moulding board height, space between the moulding racks, etc.).
All other settings (speed of individual pairs of rollers, speed of the wrapping conveyor’s belt) are controlled through the machine’s control panel. An automated version of the machine is also available, where all settings are adjusted using motorized drives. Machine parameters can be inputted via the touch screen panel or through the line control computer.
