This system is composed of one or more mixers, equipped with a large hole on the bottom of the bowl from which the dough automatically unloads onto a conveyor belt, into a collecting bowl combined with a lifter/dumper, or into leavening bowls, depending on the type of product being produced.
This system is suitable for the direct production of dough or for integration with long leavening systems.
