The Semi-Automatic Doser Machine is the electric version of the simplest muffin filling machine on the market. It is an advantageous substitute for the pastry bag: it’s faster, more comfortable, more precise, it doesn’t harm the dough, the machine doesn’t drip and the trays don’t get dirty.
The way it works is very simple: We fill the machine’s hopper with the dough to be deposited, by simply resting our foot on an electric pedal, we can fill a row of muffins on the tray. The tray is moved forward manually. It can be cleaned in just a minute and takes up minimal space. All parts of the machine that come in contact with the dough are made of materials suitable for food use and AISI304 stainless steel.
