The dough moulder OBLIK 3000 is a universal and robust machine designed for longitudinal moulding of wheaten and mixed rye-wheaten doughs. It is manufactured in accordance with current CE standards.
All machine parts that come into contact with dough are made of materials approved for the food industry. Round dough pieces enter the centering hopper where they are rolled to the desired thickness between two pairs of rollers. Under the stainless steel chain drag, the dough sheet is rolled into a loaf shape. The final shaping of the loaf occurs between the conveyor belt and the moulding board.
The height of the moulding board can be precisely adjusted using the two handles, and the side guides are adjustable.
