The dough moulder OBLIK 1 is a versatile and sturdy machine designed for longitudinal moulding of wheat and especially rye dough. It complies with current CE standards and all parts of the machine that come into contact with dough are made from materials approved for the food industry.
Round dough pieces are fed under a stainless steel chain drag, where they are rolled into a loaf shape. The final shaping of the loaf occurs between the conveyor belt and the moulding board.
The height of the moulding board can be precisely adjusted using two handles, and the side guides are also adjustable.
