DOUGH DIVIDER MARK ++
Dough divider MARK++ is designed for dividing of all types of wheat and mixed rye-wheat dough with the maximum content of 70% of rye flour (depending on the quality of raw materials). It operates on the piston-vacuum principle with controlled pressure, which has a beneficial effect on the quality of divided dough and dividing precision.

Possibility of selection among various machine versions with a fixed number of dividing pockets:
• 4-pocket
• 6-pocket
• 8-pocket

Two versions of the machine are available: the basic machine version MARK++ and version MARK++ ATT. Both versions are operated through an electronic control panel (PLC) mounted on a rotating bracket. The dough divider MARK++ ATT is equipped with an automatic checkweigher, enabling automatic control and weight regulation of divided pieces and thus high dividing accuracy.
