This is our most technologically advanced frying line for rigorous 24/7 use. These lines are indirectly heated using thermal oil which is located through a TWK boiler passing the thermal oil through coils which indirectly heats the thermal oil. This allows for an average, half the oil consumption compared to traditionally direct heated fryers. The fryer undergoes a two-fold continuous cleaning system using continuous scrapers on the bottom of the fryer pulling it to an auger collection tank. In addition, the oil undergoes continuous paper filtration thus greatly increasing the usage life of the oil. Because the oil is indirectly heated, the thermal breakdown of the oil is greatly reduced.
The conveying system can be completely raised out of the fryer by means of mechanical screws to ensure fast and easy access for cleaning procedures.
