IAL – Linear System with Bowl Multiple Movement

This system is composed of: a bowl motion device made with a two, three, or four-axis system, according to the requested configuration; ingredient loading stations for mixers or blenders, leavening stations, and a bowl lifter/dumper. Among automatic systems, this one is the most flexible within the initial configuration because it allows modification of the working cycle and leavening time. It can be combined with an automatic bowl washing station. The modularity of the system allows for modification and expansion.
