The BDP-xD series is a professional bread slicer designed for horizontally partially cutting baguettes, hamburgers, hot dogs, and other buns. It is engineered to perform two types of cuts: a partial cut on one side and a partial cut on both sides, leaving a small uncut part in the middle.
