This is the little brother to our Industrial Indirect Heated Thermal Oil Fryer. It operates with the same amazing efficiency, but is ideally suited for a slightly smaller production in which it maximizes at a width of 1000m/39″ and the thermal oil coils can not be raised for easier cleaning. It still comes complete with the same great features like continuous sediment scraping at the bottom of the fryer with the auger sediment collection unit at the beginning of the fryer, continuous paper filtration unit, level control for the pre-heated oil, Decanting/Storage tank. It is completed with a drip tray for the excess oil to run back into the fryer. It utilizes the powerful TWK boiler coupled with a Weishaupt burner.
