Our electrical resistor heated frying lines are ideally suited for the 8-10 hour/day operations for a wide variety of products. It operates on a high efficiency basis and is recommended to operate on a 460V or 600V to reduce the amperage draw. Like our industrial fryers, it comes complete with the continuous paper filtration unit and bottom continuous scraping system, bringing the sediment to the auger collection tank at the beginning of the fryer and is contained in a sediment catch screen filter. The exit conveyor is inclined up in such a way that the excess oil runs down a drip tray back into the fryer.
