Fully Automatic Continuous High-Capacity Bread Slicer
High-capacity continuous bread slicer, equipped with the unique and proven Cross Slice System that cuts bread at an angle with longer strokes of the blades, resulting in faster slicing operations (even with fresh bread) and longer blade durability. A combination of a solid base frame and lightweight components creates stability and silence, even after many years in operation.
Many years of operational experience have clearly proven that slicing blades in Daub’s patented Cross Slice System last up to three times longer compared to vertically placed blades in standard slicing equipment, while replacement of blades takes the same amount of time as with standard slicing equipment.
The Cross Slicer Hi-cap fits perfectly into (semi-)industrial settings where high capacity and extensive use are required. This rugged machine has many unique features, including independently adjustable speed for both the in- and outfeed belts, guide strips for precise positioning of bread, and a reverse button for the last bread.
A unique design consisting of three connectable modules makes the Cross Slicer Hi-cap easily accessible for maintenance and cleaning of the slicing system. Simply by pushing apart the in-feed and out-feed modules, the free-standing slicing system becomes accessible from all directions.
