The Compact dough billet laminating lines are designed for continuous lamination of puff pastry, croissant, yeast, and specialty doughs, achieving the required final thickness while minimizing mechanical stress to preserve dough structure, quality, and uniformity.

The lines can be configured with one or multiple gauging rollers based on final sheet thickness requirements and are typically used to feed make-up tables, croissant machines, or forming lines with working widths of 600 mm or 800 mm.
