Bowls Lifter/Dumper with Frontal/Lateral Discharge System

• Discharge Heights: 180 / 240 / 300 / 350 mm
• Single-column hydraulically controlled lifter/dumper.
• Painted steel frame.
• The number indicates the height of the lowest bowl rim during the discharging position.

MODEL

• FD: Front dumping with lifting column and controls on the right;
• FS: Front dumping with lifting column and controls on the left;
• LD: Lateral dumping to the right with rear lifting column and controls on the right;
• LS: Lateral dumping to the left with rear lifting column and controls on the left;

AUTOMATIC ELECTRIC COMMANDS/PROTECTIONS

• Integral protection cage with single-leaf access door.
• Electric impulse controls with automatic cycle.
• Stainless steel frame.
• Rotation and scraping device for front discharge bowls (FD or FS).
• Rotation and scraping device with automatic connection for lateral discharge bowls (LD or LS).
• Scraper device for bowls during discharging phase (only for MR trolleys).
• Scraper installed on lifting trolley for frontal discharge (with rotation device).
• Scraper installed on lifting trolley for lateral discharge (with rotation device).
• Special electric system that uses a photocell to detect the dough level in the hopper (bowl lifts only if there is no dough in hopper).
• Infrared ray barrier protects access to the protection cage.
• Special connections for trolleys not manufactured by our company.
• Intermediate discharge capability.
• Discharge chute length = 400 mm.
