AUTOMATIC DEPOSITING LINE

Fully automated production line, tailor-made for the production of cakes/muffins with or without paper cups, for a medium-high production capacity. This line is able to produce different types of products, optimizing spaces, baking and cooling times. It is composed of:

• Paper cup denester, batter depositor, filling unit and depanner, completely driven by servomotors, for a wide range of products and high accuracy.
• Possibility of different types of cooling, including an innovative and compact “not-in-pan” system, to significantly reduce the cooling time and the number of pans in the system.
• Pan management system made with materials that reduce both noise and wear-and-tear, while ensuring accuracy and positioning during  transport.
• Possibility of using punched pans to reduce baking time and increase the production capacity.
• PLC and display (HMI) for production line control, data and recipe storing.
• The automatic line is made according to the production capacity and product type required by the customer.
