The dough, introduced through the hopper, is dosed by a volumetric system with double piston one for suction from the hopper and one to determinate the weight. This is a system with the maximum regularity and consistency of weight.
The pieces are then deposited on the conveyor belt for the manual collection or for their continuation on an automatic line.
- Stainless-steel covers and hopper for about 100 kg of dough.
- ZERO 5 and ZERO 5/R models are available with the outfeed frontal belt, ZERO 6 and ZERO 7 models with the outfeed lateral belt. Both the outfeed belts are adjustable in height from 800 to 900 mm.
