Once introduced through the hopper, the dough is portioned thanks to a volumetric system. Then on the conveyor belt, the pieces are ready for manual collection or for the continuation on an automatic line.

  • Stainless steel covers and hopper for about 130 kg of dough.
  • TOUCH SCREEN with 20 programs that controls all the machine settings and with a system to diagnose any anomaly of the machine.
  • Outfeed lateral belt at independent movement adjustable in height from 800 to 900 mm
  • Pressure regulating system of the suction and compression piston that allows to keep low the stress level of the dough.
