Sottovia ASR / ASR 10

The conical rounder mod. ASR and ASR 10 give a round shape to the dough pieces already divided. The rounding is carried out between the cone and the concave channels in order to obtain spherical pieces.

ASR technical features

• Stainless steel structure and Teflon-coated cone and channels suitable to work both soft and hard dough. • Fitted on castors and provided with devices that keep the machine permanently on the ground.
• Channels length up to 2.550 mm

ASR 10 technical features

• Painted steel structure. The stainless-steel structure is optional.
• Teflon-coated cone and channels suitable to work both soft and hard dough.
• Fitted on castors and provided with devices that keep the machine permanently on the ground. • Standard machine equipped with one flour duster on the discharge chute.
• Channels length up to 7.000 mm
