System Controls and Dosing:
System controls and dosing is an integral part of the systems. We utilize Industrial heavy-duty load cells, industrial duty high/low level sensors as well as oversized electrical motors and vacuum pump to ensure a trouble-free operating system. Control systems, PLC Weight Indicators and Process Controllers are by Allen Bradley, Pneumatics by Festo.
The Weigh Hoppers are constructed in all AISI stainless steel and are coupled with self-cleaning/balancing air filters (nofabric). We utilize pneumatic dust covers over the bowl, and as an option we offer vacuum-type excess flour recovery systems. The Weigh Hoppers can be wall mounted or fixed to a AISI 304 stainless steel floor stand. The load cells are industrial duty.
