This machine is designed for rounding soft and/or non-standard dough. The piece of dough to be rounded is rotated around its own axis by the rotating cone, against the teflon-coated concave channels. The machine is standard equipped with two pulverisers and can be combined with any volumetric dividers. Stainless steel structure. Mounted on wheels and provided with devices for resting the machine permanently on the ground. Teflon-coated cone and channels suitable to work both soft and hard dough.
Pull-out easy-to-clean crumb collecting trays. Adjustable channels in order to round dough from about 30 g to 1.400 g with a superior rounding quality both at the minimum and maximum weight range.
