Description
Maximum production variable from 3000 to 6000 pieces/hour (from 13 to 26 strokes per minute), weight range from 170 to 1650 g of dough according with the chosen dividing drawer.
- Stainless steel covers and heavy duty painted steel structure (optional: stainless steel)
- Standard hopper in AISI 304 stainless steel for about 130 kg of dough (optional: bigger hopper up to 300 kg of dough)
- It can be coupled with an automatic dough feeder
- Lateral outfeed belt with two flour dusters (optional): an upper one that dustes flour on the product and a lower one that dustes flour on the belt (suitable for very soft dough)
- Lubrification with a 6-flow automatic pump for a better suction seal
- Pistons made of plastic
- Scraper on the dividing piston for a better ejection and positioning
- Very easy and fast cleaning system. The pistons and knives can be removed without using any mechanical tools and this operation can be done by anyone
