Canolino Make Up Table

The Canolino make-up table is designed for the production of a wide range of bakery and pastry products, including puff pastry items, yeast-leavened products, and other pastry specialties.

Easy to operate and mounted on wheels, Canolino offers an affordable solution that is particularly well suited for small and medium-sized bakeries.

It can be equipped with an electric guillotine, which can be positioned anywhere along the conveyor to suit production needs. The guillotine supports both straight cutting blades and a variety of cutting dies.

In addition to the electric guillotine, the table can be fitted with electric depositors featuring 4 or 6 outlets, suitable for depositing creamy products using spot, continuous, or intermittent dosing. Other available accessories include dough gauging rollers with flour dusters, as well as additional production tools and equipment.

The Canolino make-up table is PLC-controlled and features a touchscreen interface, enabling operators to store and recall programs and parameters for efficient management of multiple production functions.

As all standard components and accessories are electrically driven, compressed air is generally not required. All motors are inverter-controlled for precise and reliable operation.

The make-up table is available in a standard version with a usable width of 600 mm.
